I would really like to comment on the commendable service experience our family received from Murray/Brent/Cory and the rest of the Dunford's of Havelock service team. Our family recently had our Vikiing Side by Side breakdown unexpectedly. This machine is required by our 84 year old mother to get around during deer season - especially after a knee replacement. With just over a week to go till opening day, it couldn't be a worse time. However, we called Dunford's to see what they could do - knowing it is one of their busiest times of the year for winterizations and fall repairs. The Dunford team jumped into action, with Murray (The Owner) actually going to pick-up the machine at the family farm in order to get it to the shop. Once at the shop they managed to help assess our Side by Side within a very busy shop schedule - and then place an emergency order for the parts required for the repair. Once the parts arrived they expedited installation, and our Side by Side is ready 2 days ahead of schedule. It is always a good experience when your expectations are exceeded!I have have been a customer of Dunford's for many years, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealer with an excellent approach to sales and customer service.Thanks again "Team Dunford" - Jim Fennell

We were in on Saturday looking at the 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 5-EPS. First, we want to thank the staff for making the experience outstanding!! Being able to take a test drive pretty much has sealed the deal for us! Glenn was amazing, and very helpful and informative. There was no pushing....just a wonderful experience all around!!! I have dealt with a number of different dealers over the past twenty years. my brother was killed in a snowmobile accident in 2008 and I got out of the sport, it just wasn't the same. with some constant badgering from my friend he convinced me to get back into the sport. I purchased a used snow machine from a family friend and made one trip with it. about halfway back I switched machines with my buddy and soon realized I needed a newer ride. driving home one day I stopped into Dunford's and had a look at a newer trade in. I went back to the dealers every day for a week trying to hash out a deal. It wasn't long and we were on a first name basis. there were a few disappointing moments over those five days but in the end we came to a deal. I can sincerely say that it was the most exciting and enjoyable experience I have ever had purchasing a recreational vehicle. they have renewed my passion for snowmobiling and I would recommend them to anyone considering a recreational vehicle purchase.

First things first , The parts and Garage mechanics are great and would definitely have my ATV fixed by them again. As far as the Sales experience,,, Brutal. First I traded my 500 in to them for a new 500 that was sitting in the show room. He was going to let me walk out the door over 50 dollars, second he tried to tell me that the 500 was comparable to a 670 which is not even in the same field. I have since purchased 2 Ricon 670,s and a 420 Rancher. When I attended to speak with him in regards to price he would not even move the price. I told him that I would buy 3 bikes today and he stated that he would take 100 bucks off . WOW ... His lost as I have since bought a total of 5 bikes and all with plows , winches ect. In my opinion they need a new sales guy in there that's approachable or maybe a little younger., Maybe he was having a bad day but I know that just in my circle or friends he has lost out on at least 13 to 15 sales. WE ALL BOUGHT HONDA

I had a minor problem with the transaxle on the used machine and it had only a 30 day warranty and it had already ran out but they fixed it no questions asked and installed new decals on the machine all at no charge! A friend purchased a used Sea Doo from Eric 2-3 years ago and I was very impressed with the way Eric handled the entire transaction. Last summer I needed a Generator and came right to you people and ended up buying a Honda E3000I. I was told it would take a day to service the unit as it was still in the box in the "Service area " and Power was still out in many areas. One of the technicians overheard the conversation and said he would service it that afternoon. This is SERVICE beyond belief in this day and age.
